Coronavirus (Covid19) Statement

In response to the Coronavirus (Covid19) outbreak we are carefully considering the best preventative action policies to follow for all our planned workshops and events in 2020. All of the UK government's most up-to-date guidance, updated daily, can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/coronavirus-Wcovid-19-information-for-the-public

We are following this guidance closely and also planning pro-actively for safety.

At present we are still taking bookings for workshops between mid May and late September in the hope that it will be safe to run our events by that time. The safety of all our event participants is of the utmost importance to us, so we will be monitoring the situation closely and planning accordingly.

Cancellation and rescheduling policy:

As we cannot rule out the possibility of future event cancellations due to an increase in Covid19 risk locally, and because we appreciate that individuals who book on to our events may decide later that their circumstances or health requires them to self isolate, we will refund any payments or booking fees taken with up to 24 hours notice prior to each event, and of course refund all payments should we need to cancel the events ourselves. We are monitoring the spread and risk level of the virus locally as much as we can via local media, community and government news and remain open to the possibility of cancellation if appropriate.

Should you wish to attend one of our events but have any concerns in relation to the Covid19, you are most welcome to contact us to discuss the matter: info@newfuturesacademy.co.uk
